General
Exhibition space is available for all the participants who would like to show their works during the conference. Exhibition room is opened for participants and visitors - entry free for exhibition tour only, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., from 12 to 15 November 2007. Installation will begin on Sunday at noon and the dismantlement on Thursday at 3 p.m. Prior to the closing of exhibition, all the participants will visit the exhibition room form 1 to 3 p.m.and talk with the exhibitors. The maximum number of exhibitor is 34.
Exhibits
All the Kumihimo works you want to exhibit should come with you and be installed/finished by you. There is no prerequisite selection by the jury. The exhibition room has a receptionist who observes the exhibits without leaving and will be locked from 4 p.m. to 9 a.m. However, you are requested to carry insurance by yourself. Conference organizer cannot compensate for theft and damage of the exhibits.
Photos of the exhibitor and one of the most important exhibit have to be sent to us as an application to the exhibition no later than 30 June 2007 using the registration form. This is the materials just for the conference proceeding; a half page for each of all exhibitors and for the proceeding cover.

Exhibition area
A plywood panel and a desk covered with a black cloth are available as the exhibition space. Widths and lengths of the panel are 500 x 1300 mm, 650 x 1000 mm and 500 x 650 mm. A desk measures 600 x 1800 mm. There are 30 panels and 38 tables. In addition to the black panel, there are 12 self-supported whity panels with dimensions of 1000 x 2000 where exhibition area is 1000 x 1400 mm. Double-stick tapes, fastening pins and other popular tools such as cutter, hammer and screw driver will be equipped. Exhibition areas allocated for an exhibitor is shown in the above figure.
